Refund Policy

This explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work. We keep it plain so there are no surprises.
1. Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout and renew automatically each period until cancelled. There is no free trial; free features (including AI chat) need no payment.
2. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for.
3. Refunds
If something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right. To request a refund, email support@thinkfirst.ai with your account email and the charge in question. 4. One-time course purchases
Where a course is sold as a one-time purchase, refund eligibility will be stated at the point of sale. [To be confirmed before launch.]
5. Auto-renewal disclosure
Before each renewal you are charged the then-current price for the next period. You will have already consented to recurring billing at checkout, and you can cancel beforehand to avoid the next charge.
