Terms of Service
Last updated · Draft 2026-06-19
These terms govern your use of ThinkFirst. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use ThinkFirst
ThinkFirst is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old — and the age of majority where you live — to create an account and use the service. If you buy a seat for someone else, they must also be an adult, and you are responsible for the account you control.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis at the price shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current paid period.
- There is no free trial. Free features (including AI chat) are available without payment.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Use ThinkFirst lawfully and as intended. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, misuse the AI features, infringe others' rights, or access accounts or data that are not yours.
5. AI features
ThinkFirst includes AI-powered learning scenarios. AI outputs can be inaccurate; they are a teaching aid, not professional advice. We add safety measures but cannot guarantee every output.
6. Intellectual property
ThinkFirst and its content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for learning. Work you create in the platform remains yours.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms (we'll post the new date above) and may suspend or end accounts that violate them. You may stop using and close your account at any time.
9. Governing law & contact
[Governing law/jurisdiction to be confirmed before launch.] Questions: support@thinkfirst.ai.
