An assistant that answers your team’s questions from your procedures, specs, policies and past work, and shows where each answer came from. When it doesn’t know, it says so. For businesses where the same questions interrupt the same people every day.
Sound familiar?
- New hires ask the same questions for months.
- The answer is somewhere in a shared drive nobody can search.
- One senior person is the only one who knows how we do things.
- People paste company documents into public chat tools to get answers.
What you get
What we hand over
- 01An assistant grounded in your documents, procedures and past work
- 02A source link on every answer, so people can check it
- 03Access by team and role, so it only answers from what each person may see
- 04A plain “I don’t know” when your documents don’t cover the question
- 05A way to flag a wrong answer and get the document fixed

How it stays safe
Our principles, applied here
The same rules run through everything we build. How we work
- It answers only from the documents you’ve connected, and shows the source every time.
- Permissions follow your existing ones. If someone can’t open a file, the assistant won’t quote it to them.
- It’s tested with real questions from your team before launch, including ones it should decline.
And AI never does these alone
- Move money, or promise it
- Send the first message to anyone in your name
- Set a price or a quote
- Make a legal commitment
- Answer a complaint
- Delete records or make bulk changes
- Make an exception to your own rules
Before you hire us
When you don’t need this
We’d rather say it now than after you’ve paid for it.
- If your documents are few and well organized, a tidy shared folder and the search built into Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace may be enough.
- If the knowledge isn’t written down yet, an assistant has nothing to read. Writing the procedures comes first, and we can help with that.
Not sure which side of the line you’re on? Take the scorecard. It’s private, and nothing is sent unless you choose to send it.
Questions
Common questions
It reads your documents, not the public internet. It shows its source, respects your file permissions and says when it doesn’t know.
We use AI providers on business terms that don’t train on your data by default, under an account in your name. We show you those terms before we start.
Every answer shows its source, so a wrong one is easy to spot. People can flag it, and the document or the setup gets fixed.
