AI opportunity audit
Find out where AI is worth it before you pay for a build.
Talk to us about this- 01Audit
- 02Data foundation
- 03Training
- 04An owner on your team
Discovery comes first. We talk to your team, walk through your tools, measure where the time goes and give you a ranked list of opportunities, including the ones not worth doing. It’s a fixed fee, it takes 2 to 3 weeks, and the outputs are yours whether or not we build anything.
Sound familiar?
- Everyone says we should be using AI, but nobody can say where.
- We’ve bought tools that nobody uses.
- We don’t know what our current process actually costs us in time.
- We want a second opinion before committing to a big build.
What you get
What we hand over
- 01Interviews with the people who do the work
- 02A walk-through of your tools and how information moves between them
- 03A baseline of where time goes now, so later changes can be measured
- 04A ranked list of opportunities, each with what it would take and what it would replace
- 05A plain recommendation, including what not to build and where an off-the-shelf tool will do
- 06A written report you keep, usable by us, your own team or another developer
Works with what you run
Names only. We aren’t partners of any of them, and we start from what you already run.

- Microsoft 365
- QuickBooks Online

- HubSpot

How it stays safe
Our principles, applied here
The same rules run through everything we build. How we work
- We connect read-only, if at all. Discovery changes nothing in your systems.
- The recommendation can be “don’t build”. We’d rather tell you that now.
- The fee is agreed before we start and doesn’t depend on what we recommend.
Before you hire us
When you don’t need this
We’d rather say it now than after you’ve paid for it.
- If you already know the one problem you want solved and it’s small and well defined, skip the audit and ask us to scope it directly.
- If your process is about to change, through a restructure or new software, wait until it settles.
- If nobody on your team can give it a few hours of conversation, it won’t produce anything useful.
Not sure which side of the line you’re on? Take the scorecard. It’s private, and nothing is sent unless you choose to send it.
Questions
Common questions
2 to 3 weeks, depending on how quickly we can talk to the people involved.
Discovery is a fixed fee agreed before we start.
No. The report is yours, and it’s written so your own team or another developer could act on it.
Tell us what you run, and what this would need to do.
Five short steps. We’ll tell you honestly whether this is the right fit.
