Take the copying and chasing out of the week

Workflow automation

The same steps, done the same way, without anyone retyping them.

Talk to us about this

Marlowe Dental, dental clinic (fictional company)

Patients with expiring benefits are matched to treatment they haven’t booked, and outreach is queued.

The companies are fictional. Every clip is a real screen recording of the same staged product, not a mockup.

We map the handoffs where work gets copied, chased or forgotten, then connect the tools you already use so the routine steps happen on their own. Exceptions go to a named person. For teams who spend their week moving information from one screen to another.

Sound familiar?

  • The same job details get typed into every system we use.
  • Handoffs between sales, the office and the site depend on someone remembering.
  • Our Zapier bill keeps climbing and nobody knows what each automation does.
  • When an automation breaks, we find out from an unhappy customer.

What you get

What we hand over

  1. 01A map of your current handoffs, ranked by how often they happen, how long they take and what a miss costs
  2. 02Connected workflows between the tools you already use
  3. 03Tasks and notifications sent to the right person at the right step
  4. 04A review step for anything unusual, with one queue a named person works through
  5. 05Monitoring that alerts someone when a step fails, and a written list of what each workflow does

Works with what you run

Names only. We aren’t partners of any of them, and we start from what you already run.

  • Zapier
  • Make
  • n8n
  • Microsoft Power Automate
  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft 365
  • QuickBooks Online
  • Slack

How it stays safe

Our principles, applied here

The same rules run through everything we build. How we work

  • We automate the routine and leave judgment with people. Money, legal commitments and complaints are never automated.
  • Every workflow keeps a log, so you can see what ran, when, and with what data.
  • New workflows start read-only where they can, and only get permission to write once you’ve watched them run.

Before you hire us

When you don’t need this

We’d rather say it now than after you’ve paid for it.

  • If you have one or two simple handoffs, a Zapier or Make plan you set up yourself is cheaper than hiring us.
  • If the process changes every week, automating it now locks in a moving target. Settle it first.

Not sure which side of the line you’re on? Take the scorecard. It’s private, and nothing is sent unless you choose to send it.

Questions

Common questions

The ones that happen often, follow clear rules and cost something when they’re missed. Discovery ranks them, and we usually start with the one that causes the most chasing.

No. We connect what you have, and only suggest replacing a tool when it’s the actual problem.

The failed step is held, a named person is alerted, and the item waits in a queue to be handled by hand. Nothing fails silently.

Tell us what you run, and what this would need to do.

Five short steps. We’ll tell you honestly whether this is the right fit.
