Software shaped to how you work

Client portals

One place where each client sees their work, files and approvals.

Talk to us about this
  1. 01How you work
  2. 02Scoped in writing
  3. 03Built and tested
  4. 04Yours to keep

A private, branded space where clients see progress, find documents, approve changes and message your team. Each client sees only their own work. For businesses that spend too much of the day answering “where are we at?”

Sound familiar?

  • Clients call and text for updates we haven’t had time to send.
  • Files go back and forth by email until nobody knows which is current.
  • Approvals happen in a text message and can’t be found later.
  • Onboarding a new client is a pile of attachments and reminders.

What you get

What we hand over

  1. 01Branded onboarding for new clients
  2. 02Progress, files, approvals and messages in one place for each client
  3. 03Online approval for changes and documents, recorded with who approved and when
  4. 04Access set so each client sees only their own work
  5. 05Notifications that bring clients back when something needs them
  6. 06An admin side for your team, built around how you already update clients

Works with what you run

Names only. We aren’t partners of any of them, and we start from what you already run.

  • QuickBooks Online
  • Google Drive
  • SharePoint
  • DocuSign
  • Stripe
  • Microsoft 365

How it stays safe

Our principles, applied here

The same rules run through everything we build. How we work

  • Each client’s access is checked on the server, not just hidden on screen. We test it with real accounts before launch.
  • Updates drafted by AI wait for your approval before a client sees them.
  • The portal runs in your hosting account, under your domain.

Before you hire us

When you don’t need this

We’d rather say it now than after you’ve paid for it.

  • If the software you already run includes a client portal that covers what you need, switch that on first. Many job and practice tools have one.
  • If clients only need an occasional update, a well-written email at each stage may be all you need.

Not sure which side of the line you’re on? Take the scorecard. It’s private, and nothing is sent unless you choose to send it.

Questions

Common questions

They need a way in, but it can be a link sent by email or a sign-in with an account they already have. We pick what your clients will actually use.

Yes. The portal can read progress, documents and invoices from the systems you already use, so your team doesn’t update two places.

Yes, through your own payment provider. The portal records the payment and never stores card details.

Tell us what you run, and what this would need to do.

Five short steps. We’ll tell you honestly whether this is the right fit.
