Software shaped to how you work
Internal tools and job workspaces
One screen per job, with the paperwork, blockers and next steps.
Talk to us about this- 01How you work
- 02Scoped in writing
- 03Built and tested
- 04Yours to keep
A workspace for the way your team actually runs the day: one screen per job or client, queues for approvals and exceptions, and a clear owner for every task. Built on the data you already have. For teams running the business from spreadsheets and memory.
Sound familiar?
- The real status of each job lives in one person’s head.
- We run the business from a spreadsheet only one person understands.
- Approvals stall because nobody knows they’re waiting.
- Every morning starts with working out what’s urgent.

How it stays safe
Our principles, applied here
The same rules run through everything we build. How we work
- Every change is dated and attributed, so you can see who changed what.
- The workspace reads from your existing systems rather than becoming one more place to type.
Before you hire us
When you don’t need this
We’d rather say it now than after you’ve paid for it.
- If an off-the-shelf tool fits how you work as it is, use it. Custom software is for the parts that don’t fit.
- If a shared spreadsheet with clear columns would do, start there. We’ll tell you if that’s the case.
Not sure which side of the line you’re on? Take the scorecard. It’s private, and nothing is sent unless you choose to send it.
Questions
Common questions
Sometimes that’s the right answer, and we’ll build in them when it is. Custom makes sense when permissions, history or the volume of work outgrow them.
You own the code and the hosting. We can support it, your own developer can take it over from the handover pack, or both.
Tell us what you run, and what this would need to do.
Five short steps. We’ll tell you honestly whether this is the right fit.
