Take the copying and chasing out of the week

Dashboards and reporting

One set of numbers everyone trusts, without the Friday spreadsheet.

Talk to us about this

Cedar & Stone, renovation (fictional company)

Two projects slipping past their promised date are flagged, and a client update is drafted for review before it goes out.

The companies are fictional. Every clip is a real screen recording of the same staged product, not a mockup.

Live views for the owner, sales and delivery, pulled from the tools you already use, with every number defined in writing and traceable to the records behind it. Scheduled reports go out on their own, and AI can draft the commentary for a person to finish.

Sound familiar?

  • Building the weekly report eats someone’s Friday.
  • Sales and the office quote different numbers for the same thing.
  • We find out a job went over budget after it’s finished.
  • Nobody can say what we’re owed right now.

What you get

What we hand over

  1. 01Dashboards for the owner, sales and delivery, each showing the few numbers that role acts on
  2. 02Data pulled from your CRM, accounting, project and payment tools
  3. 03A written definition for every metric, so everyone means the same thing
  4. 04Drill-down from any number to the records behind it
  5. 05Scheduled reports for your team or clients, with drafted commentary a person finishes

Works with what you run

Names only. We aren’t partners of any of them, and we start from what you already run.

  • Power BI
  • Looker Studio

  • Google Sheets

How it stays safe

Our principles, applied here

The same rules run through everything we build. How we work

  • Totals reconcile against the source system. If a figure doesn’t match, the dashboard says so instead of guessing.
  • Connections are read-only. A dashboard can’t change the data it reports on.
  • Each person sees the figures their role should see.

Before you hire us

When you don’t need this

We’d rather say it now than after you’ve paid for it.

  • If the reports built into your accounting or job software answer your questions, use them. A dashboard on top only adds something to maintain.
  • If your data isn’t recorded consistently yet, a dashboard will only show the mess faster. Start with the data foundation.

Not sure which side of the line you’re on? Take the scorecard. It’s private, and nothing is sent unless you choose to send it.

Questions

Common questions

Usually not. We only add one when the volume of data or the number of sources calls for it.

Yes. Scheduled reports can go to clients, with a person reviewing the commentary before they’re sent.

Tell us what you run, and what this would need to do.

Five short steps. We’ll tell you honestly whether this is the right fit.
