CRM setup and migration

Every customer and job in one place, with an owner and a next step.

Talk to us about this
  1. 01Someone finds you
  2. 02They ask
  3. 03Into your CRM
  4. 04Followed up

We set up the CRM you have, recommend one if you need it, or move you off spreadsheets or an old tool without losing the history. The stages match the decisions your customers actually make. For teams who can’t say, at a glance, what’s open and who owns it.

Sound familiar?

  • Leads live in several inboxes, a spreadsheet and someone’s phone.
  • Nobody’s sure who is supposed to call back.
  • We pay for a CRM the team stopped using.
  • Switching tools sounds like losing years of history.
  • Our pipeline report doesn’t match what’s really happening.

What you get

What we hand over

  1. 01Pipeline stages mapped to the decisions your customers make, not a template
  2. 02Rules for who owns each lead and what happens next
  3. 03Migration from spreadsheets or your current tool, with duplicates merged and history kept
  4. 04A record of what moved, what didn’t and why, checked against counts from the old system
  5. 05Views and permissions for each role, so people see the work that’s theirs
  6. 06Both systems running side by side until you’re satisfied, then the old one switched off on a date you choose

Works with what you run

Names only. We aren’t partners of any of them, and we start from what you already run.

  • HubSpot
  • Pipedrive
  • Salesforce
  • Zoho CRM
  • GoHighLevel
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Google Sheets
  • Excel

How it stays safe

Our principles, applied here

The same rules run through everything we build. How we work

  • We read your old system before we change anything, and keep its record IDs so an import can be run again cleanly.
  • Consent and do-not-contact flags move first, and are checked before any email or text goes out.
  • Nothing is deleted from the old system until you’ve signed off the new one.

Before you hire us

When you don’t need this

We’d rather say it now than after you’ve paid for it.

  • If your current CRM is fine and people just aren’t using it, the fix may be fewer stages and some training, not a migration. We’ll say so.
  • A sole operator with a short customer list can run well on a spreadsheet and a calendar.

Not sure which side of the line you’re on? Take the scorecard. It’s private, and nothing is sent unless you choose to send it.

Questions

Common questions

We recommend from how you work, not from a partner list. Often the answer is to keep what you have and fix the stages.

We plan what to bring over before we start, including notes, deal values, custom fields and conversation history where the old tool lets us export it. Anything we can’t move is listed, not quietly dropped.

Yes. Both run in parallel until the new one has been checked against the old, and you pick the switch-off date.

Tell us what you run, and what this would need to do.

Five short steps. We’ll tell you honestly whether this is the right fit.
