An AI voice agent that answers inbound calls when your team can’t. It takes the details, answers routine questions, books where it can and passes urgent calls to a person. It says it’s automated, and every call leaves a summary in your CRM.

Sound familiar?

  • We miss calls when everyone’s on site or with a customer.
  • Voicemails pile up, and by the time we call back the caller has moved on.
  • After-hours calls are either ignored or wake someone up for nothing.
  • Callers hang up when they hit a phone menu.

What you get

What we hand over

  3. 03A call script built with your team, covering what to ask and what never to say
  4. 04Urgent-call rules agreed with you, so real emergencies reach someone
  5. 05Call summaries and recordings sent to your CRM

How it stays safe

Our principles, applied here

The same rules run through everything we build. How we work

  • It says it’s an automated assistant and, where calls are recorded, says that too.
  • We build inbound answering only. We don’t build automated outbound sales calls.
  • It doesn’t quote prices, give advice or make commitments. Those calls go to a person.

And AI never does these alone

  • Move money, or promise it
  • Send the first message to anyone in your name
  • Set a price or a quote
  • Make a legal commitment
  • Answer a complaint
  • Delete records or make bulk changes
  • Make an exception to your own rules

Before you hire us

When you don’t need this

We’d rather say it now than after you’ve paid for it.

  • If you miss few calls, or an answering service already works for you, keep it.
  • If most of your calls are complex conversations, a person should take them. A voice agent suits routine calls.

Not sure which side of the line you’re on? Take the scorecard. It’s private, and nothing is sent unless you choose to send it.
